Before we tell you the hidden secrets of grinding weed, it is imperative that you purchase a generic grinder if you are beginner as there are many grinders out there that are straight out of mad scientist laboratory.
Therefore, make sure you choose the most basic grinder out there as it will make your life much easier and at the end of the day each grinder serves the same purpose.
Given below are steps you should consider if you want to grind your weed to perfection.
Start by removing the lid from your grinder by turning the top lid anti-clock wise (this may vary). Once you have removed the lid grab hold of your marijuana. Try breaking the bud into small pieces with your hand and distribute the weed between the grinder teeth. Do not place the weed in the center of the grinder as you will have trouble grinding the weed and closing the lid. Simply spread the broken down buds all around the grinder’s teeth until they are evenly proportioned.
Once you have spread the weed evenly between the teeth of the grinder, you are now ready to begin grinding your weed. Place the lid back on the grinder until the center magnet holds the lid in position and only start grinding once the lid has been attached properly. Once you are completely sure that the lid has been locked on properly, you can now begin grinding your weed.
Start grinding the weed by gently spinning the lid and try to be as gentle as possible as your beautiful buds are in there! We would recommend spinning the lid five times and then checking if your weed requires more grinding. Regularly checking the progress of your grinding will ensure that your weed is not grinded to powder.
Finally once you have ground your buds, you are now ready to finish this process. Simply detach the top layer of the grinder and pour out the weed. Most grinders have a separate compartment called the flower chamber, for such grinders simply remove the upper two sections of the grinder.
First remove the top lid while grasping the lower base of the grinder and then remove the second section as well. However, if you have a basic grinder like we the one we recommended, all you have to do is detach the top lid and simply scrounge the weed out of the teeth. Please do not try to directly pour the crushed weed into your rolling paper try accumulating the weed on a base paper first and then make the transfer.
